As the founder and CEO of Anchor Change, I help clients navigate the complex and evolving landscape of tech policy, especially as it relates to global issues such as democracy, elections, and civic engagement online. I leverage my 10+ years of experience as a public policy director at Facebook, where I built and led the teams that managed elections and government outreach across the world, and developed and implemented policies and products that enhanced transparency, integrity, and participation in the digital space.

I am also passionate about advancing the cause of democracy and supporting the role of technology in empowering citizens and strengthening institutions. I serve as the senior advisor for technology and democracy at the International Republican Institute, where I provide strategic guidance and technical assistance to the organization and its partners on leveraging digital tools and platforms for democratic development.
