Kristina Duncan is a creative executive with 25 years of experience in global marketing communications, branding, advertising, and retail design. Kristina’s experience ranges from re-inventing iconic, global brands steeped in culture, to launching new brands, to creating memorable brand experiences at retail.
With experience both in-house and on the agency side, Kristina has worked to build brands in the fashion, lifestyle and toy industries, specializing in global brand turnarounds.
While Kristina is currently focusing on the American Girl Brand, she spent over twelve years revitalizing the iconic Barbie brand through a new purpose-driven brand identity, break-frame marketing, global events and retail development, including the brand's first flagship store in Shanghai.
Kristina currently lives in the Los Angeles area with her husband and three young children.
