Eliot Hamlisch is the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Amtrak, a position he has held since September 2023. He oversees multiple business units, including Pricing & Revenue Management, Loyalty & Customer Engagement, Digital & Brand Marketing, and Customer Care, among others. Eliot leads Amtrak's transformation of the customer experience, focusing on delighting customers throughout their journey with America's Railroad. Prior to joining Amtrak, he served as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., the world's largest theatrical exhibition company. Before AMC, Eliot was a member of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Senior Leadership Team, leading various revenue-generating functions. His career spans diverse industries, demonstrating a consistent focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.
