Arielle Santiago serves as Vice President of Strategy at Civic Entertainment Group, where she has been instrumental in driving creative marketing and communications approaches for a variety of clients across the entertainment and tech industries. She co-leads Civic's DEI Council and spearheaded the formation of its Employee Resource Groups program, including PRISM, the group for LGBTQ+ employees. An award-winning marketer, Arielle comes from a large agency background and served seven years at PMK*BNC, where she led innovative marketing executions for major clients such as Samsung, American Express, and Airbnb. With a strong background in managing large-scale activations, conceptualizing award-winning campaigns, and architecting cohesive brand stories across multiple channels, Arielle approaches marketing through a holistic and human-centric lens, leveraging deep cultural insights to find the common ground between a brand and its audience.
