Currently Horizon Media's Head of AI Solutions, Tim Rich is a leading AI integration expert who specializes in predictive modeling, economic sociology, and the art of quantifying the un-quantifiable.

As the EVP of Data Science at Publicis Groupe, he pioneered the first data science department within a creative agency. His innovative approaches led to the expansion of data practices across multiple global offices and eventually to overseeing unstructured data across Publicis Groupe's assets. Tim's expertise was further honed at WPP, where he played a crucial role in establishing their internal data capability, Choreograph, focusing on integrating various data streams into a comprehensive agency-wide solution.

Holding master’s degrees from Columbia and the University of Washington, Tim brings an interdisciplinary perspective to his work. When he's not immersed in social theory or the latest AI white papers, Tim can be found fly fishing, cycling, or tinkering with 3D printing prototypes
