Ricky Cadden grew up with a passion for technology and dreams of becoming an architect, so he built a nearly 20-year career constructing digital marketing strategies and systems for small startups and big-name brands alike. To date, Cadden has built digital marketing strategies and systems for companies including RadioShack, Sabre and Sprint. He joined Balcom Agency in 2021 to build out the Digital Strategy department, with a dedicated focus on data intelligence, email strategy and search engine optimization. At Balcom, he’s incorporated location intelligence to serve the agency’s client base, from clients in retail to energy, as well as to stand out in new business pitches with actionable, data-driven insights and analysis. Cadden loves the outdoors and lives in the mountains and forests of western North Carolina with his family.
