As VP of global brand partnerships & advertising, Stephanie Latham leads Roblox’s partnerships efforts and teams that are focused on creating new ecosystems for people to express themselves through digital fashion and beauty, experience entertainment, music and sports with their favorite brands and talent on the platform. She is also spearheading and scaling the platform’s growing Immersive Ads business, helping brands connect with consumers on Roblox through a range of innovative advertising products.
Prior to Roblox, Stephanie led Meta’s Entertainment, Tech and Telecom sales organization for North America, helping some of the sector’s largest and most influential companies and agencies navigate the changing digital landscape. A 20-year veteran in advertising and tech, Stephanie is committed to building the next generation of female leaders in the industry and beyond and has spent her career mentoring, sponsoring and supporting women, as well as building women resource groups.
