Throughout her career, Monica has worked with beloved global brands including M&Ms®, Snickers®, Skittles® and Tetley Tea®. With over two decades of experience, Monica began as a consultant developing growth strategies and business development at companies like IBM, Booz & Company and Disney. From there, Monica spent nearly a decade with Mars, starting as part of the Global Chocolate Strategy team before moving to Dubai to lead Marketing & Strategic Demand for the Developing Middle East & Africa. After moving back to the US, as VP Sales, Monica led the Mars Wrigley $1B+ portfolio in the Drug & Value channels. These global and regional roles offered Monica unique perspective to take the very best of Mars to the furthest corners of Mars. Finally, in her most recent role, as SVP & GM, Monica led enterprise-wide efforts for the Tata Group’s food and beverage company in the US.
