Lois Backon is an Executive Director with the Sports and Entertainment team at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role she is responsible for talent management including developing relationships and
partnerships with organizations and individuals to highlight the firm’s products, services and initiatives.
Ms. Backon works with all of the firm’s lines of business, managing large scale content campaigns
(including podcasts), sponsorships and activations to maximize the integration of philanthropic,
community relations and business priorities.
Prior to joining the Corporate Marketing Group, Lois was the Head of Strategic Community Partnerships for the Global Philanthropy department. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2011, Backon held key positions in both the non-profit sector and in business. Backon was the Senior Vice President of Families and Work Institute, a research organization that studies the changing family, community and workplace. She also worked with IBM as the lead Marketing.
