Meg Mitchell

Global Creative Director

United Airlines

As Global Creative Director at United Airlines, Meg leads the creative charge across broadcast, streaming, audio, out-of-home, print, digital, social media and emerging platforms. She rose up through the ranks after joining in 2017 to manage global social media, which followed nearly a decade as a producer at the long-running Oprah Winfrey Show and leading social media and video production at Travelzoo. The sheer range of campaigns Meg has brought her creative touch to include Good Leads The Way, United Airlines’ first brand advertising campaign in nearly a decade; hiring Oscar the Grouch as United’s Chief Trash Officer to educate the public on sustainable aviation fuel (SAF); Love in Plane Sight -- United’s first short film, a holiday rom com produced completely in-house, and leading creative development to launch the partnership that produced the front-of-the-jersey sponsorship with the Wrexham Football Club.
