Katie Hill is founder and CEO of UnlistedHomes.com, a revolutionary new real estate software company where off-market homes are no longer off-limits. UnlistedHomes.com leverages AI to create new connections between home buyers and off-market homeowners to increase wins for both sides. Hill won the 2024 Pitch HearstLab competition and is now part of the HearstLab portfolio. She is a two-time VC-backed founder and served as an entrepreneur-in-residence. She's also the winner of the University of Chicago's Alumni New Venture Challenge and was named Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year at ISU. Previously, Hill cut her teeth in advertising and media at Leo Burnett in Chicago.

Hill holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in marketing from Illinois State University.
