Wil Danielson joined Nexstar Digital in 2019 as a member of the Corporate Development team. Currently, he is Senior Vice President Business Planning & Sales, where he is responsible for generating sales strategies leading to accretive growth, partnership opportunities and leading Political Sales efforts. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, National Digital Sales in November 2020. Leading sales efforts for Nexstar Digital’s national sales team – including The Hill – he was responsible for driving strategy and revenue for national brands across verticals like automotive, insurance, QSR, financial services, and more.

He previously led digital sales efforts at Cox Media Group’s CoxReps and Gamut. He is a member of the IAB’s Board and a recipient of the Cox Media Group Speed Passion Courage Award. Danielson holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California.
