Jorge Bracero is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RIMAS Entertainment, one of the leading companies in the Latin music industry. Before stepping into this leadership role, Jorge made his mark as Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer at Compañía Cervecera de Puerto Rico, where he was instrumental in crafting the strategy behind the entrance of Medalla Light, Puerto Rico’s iconic Beer Brand to the US Market. Under his leadership, Medalla Light achieved significant milestones, including winning the Global Grand Effie for its groundbreaking "Sounds from Home" campaign, which creatively captured the essence of Puerto Rican culture.

With over two decades of experience, Jorge started his career in advertising at DDB and FCB, where he worked on developing brands for both Puerto Rican and U.S. Hispanic markets. He further expanded his product management and strategic marketing expertise at Eli Lilly and later at Mendez & Co., Distributor of premiun liquor brands for Bacardi, Heineken and Diageo.

His ability to combine creative innovation with data-driven strategies earned him recognition as one of Kantar's "30 Most Effective Marketers in Latin America."

Jorge has a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters degree from the renowed Newhouse School of Public Comunications at Syracuse University.

Now at RIMAS Entertainment, Jorge oversees the company's growth and solidifying its global presence in the entertainment industry.
