Lotte has founded and sold her own communications agency in London, thrived building a start-up in New York and led global media companies.

In 2022 Lotte moved to New York and is now Chief Commercial Officer of The News Movement, overseeing partnerships to subvert traditional media models and work in the founding team to grow the brand which now reaches over 50million people per month across all social platforms.
