Soniya Monga

Soniya is currently Head of US Agency Partnerships at TikTok. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing TikTok's relationships with US Agency Holding Companies, and driving the long term investment partnerships and go to market strategy for the top agency groups in the country.
Originally from Toronto, Soniya was an early employee of LinkedIn in Canada on their ads team. In 2013, she moved to Hong Kong to help build out the company's North Asia ads business working with global and regional agencies and clients. LinkedIn brought her to her current home of New York City where she used her experience to build out global agency partnerships. Prior to joining TikTok, Soniya spent 5 years at Snap Inc., as a Global Agency Partnerships leader.
Soniya has sat on the board for New York Women in Communications, worked as an ambassador for One Young Word and has been a speaker and moderator at a number of industry events and organizations internationally and in the US.
Soniya currently sits on the AAF digital media committee's board.
