Kathryn Holl Fernandez is the Head of Dove Purpose and Engagement in North America. Kathryn manages Dove social impact across the Dove Self Esteem Project, Body Confident Sport Program and CROWN Movement. She oversees Dove MB Retail, including Masterbrand retail tentpoles, driving purpose for growth with customers and bespoke Dove retail partnerships. She is responsible for Content & Communities including oversight of all Dove social channels, community management, social listening and organic content development. Kathryn is also responsible for Dove PR and Influencer marketing for all Dove female categories. Over the past 12 years at Unilever, Kathryn has focused on piloting new and emerging marketing activations. Her work includes delivering unmissable 360 campaigns and product innovation on brands like Dove, Vaseline and AXE. Kathryn has helped lead the social-first transformation at Unilever and has been instrumental in bringing life to award-winning campaigns.
