Maddie Power is the Associate Director of Ad Tech Partnerships at Spotify, overseeing North America, EMEA, and LATAM. She leads Spotify’s partnership strategy, focusing on expanding existing collaborations and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue. Her team specializes in measurement, audiences, data clean rooms, creative, brand safety, and research.

She started her career at Tapad, working on the data licensing business before joining Spotify in 2017 to grow revenue through data partnerships.

Maddie recently left NYC and is a resident of Denver, Colorado where she enjoys hiking with her daughters.
