As a marketing industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Simon leads and inspires teams across diverse disciplines and geographies delivering performance through creative solutions. His experience spans a global network of production studios, leading a portfolio of marketing agencies in Canada, and servicing leading international brands such as GM, Mastercard, L’Oreal, and Microsoft. Most recently, Simon served as president of Global Operations at XR Extreme Reach. Prior to that he was CEO of McCann’s global production unit Craft Worldwide, and CEO of McCann Worldgroup’s agencies in Canada.
