Larry Adams is a powerhouse digital marketing, content and media veteran, and a leader on Ad Age's Tech Power List 2024. Larry is the former SVP and head of digital strategy for AT&T and WarnerMedia, where he helped design and develop HBO Max and launched DIRECTV NOW. Before that, as Vimeo’s head of marketing, he doubled the company's revenue, taking it from a niche site for independent filmmakers to a subscription-based service. More recently, he served as Sr. Advisor for the Bloomberg 2020 presidential campaign.
A serial Black entrepreneur and CEO, Larry partnered with EGOT winner, business mogul and Black icon Whoopi Goldberg to create BLKFAM, the first and only Black-owned, Black-focused family streaming platform, launched in February 2024. In 2022, he founded XStereotype, the world’s first inclusion OS, named Adweek’s 2023 AI Innovation of the Year and one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 – with clients including P&G, Johnson & Johnson, AmEx, Mastercard, Chipotle, Bob Evans, Fanduel, 3M, Group Black and more.
