Jessica Boiardi is Group Black's Vice President of Revenue Operations, with extensive experience overseeing end-to-end media operations, from pre-sale strategy to post-sale execution. With a proven track record of building strategic plans and implementing operational efficiencies, she is adept at driving growth, optimizing pricing structures, and guiding cross-functional teams to success.

Prior to Group Black, Jess managed all aspects of media planning and pricing at Buzzfeed and Complex, leading a team of 10, and served as a key advisor to senior leadership. She is a CRM expert, creating innovative solutions that improve business outcomes. Prior to Complex, she held key roles at Mashable and Turner Broadcasting, where she focused on account management, digital advertising operations, and revenue optimization.

Outside of being passionate about developing strategies that balance client needs with operational efficiency, she is a mother of 2, involved in her PTA organization, holds a seat on Community Board 5 Queens, and goes to all weekend home games for the New York Knicks.
