Sandy Rubinstein has been an integral part of DecentXposure’s DXagency since its inception 20 years ago. First engaged as a consultant for the company on vision, offerings and structure, and then becoming a client of the agency at various companies. In 2009 Sandy joined DXagency as CMO after a long marketing career in both the entertainment business and with
consumer brands. Her vast knowledge of both the marketing and media industry as well as organizational structure and P&L responsibilities made her the perfect choice to help bring the business to the next level. Over the following years she assumed the role of CEO and purchased controlling interest.

Under her tutelage DX has grown into a thriving and healthy business with a promising future with stateside offices in Edgewater, NJ, Miami, FL, and Washington, DC as well as International offices in London, Mexico and Barcelona. She manages all aspects of the company including Account Management, New Business, Media Planning and Buying, Design, Data & Insights, Content, CRM, Development, IT, Long Term Planning, Research, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Operations as well as DX new business and ventures.

Prior to joining Dxagency Sandy held executive leadership marketing roles at Lifetime Television, TV Land and Nick at Nite, Fuse TV, General Motors R*Works, Sci-Fi Channel, THE BOX Music Network and Polygram Latin America.

DX continues its deep-rooted commitment to fostering educational opportunities for diverse students through mentorship, internships and the DXcellence Scholarship where one student who will study a STEAM career is awarded a $2,500 scholarship. With a strong belief in education and giving back to her community in 2012 Sandy was elected, and continues to serve as the President of the Edgewater Board of Education, she has held a seat on the Leonia Board of Education as the Edgewater representative, is a member of the University of Miami Business School Marketing Advisory Board and Founder of the Edgewater Education Foundation donating over $200,000 to the Edgewater NJ Schools, and has served as a judge for the NJ DECA High School Regionals. Sandy continues to provide internships to both high school and college students as well as mentor students and executives to help further their career path.
Additionally, she is the Chair of Kids That Do Good.com a non-profit her children founded and run, a former Board Member of Tamid, a former Trustee at the Tenafly Nature Center, former Gala Member of Jewish Family Services of Northern New Jersey and Jewish Federation of New Jersey. Born and raised in both Miami Beach, Florida and Santiago, Chile, Ms.Rubinstein is a graduate of the University of Miami.
