Sarah Jones Simmer is an executive, investor, board member and C-level operator. Jones Simmer joined the National Women’s Soccer League as its Chief Operating Officer in 2024, where she is responsible for league business strategy and corporate operations including finance, human resources, club business performance, strategy and technology.
Jones Simmer was most recently the CEO of Found, one of the largest medically-assisted weight loss programs in the U.S. that leverages the best of modern medicine, personalized coaching, and community to help its members achieve lasting weight loss. She previously served as COO of the Bumble dating app and became Chief Strategy Officer of its parent company following the app’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2020.
During her tenure at Bumble, she was responsible for core strategy, international growth, marketing initiatives, business operations, and employee growth.
