Ericka Beltrán is the Sr. Director, Program & Content Strategy for CNN. She leads the team responsible for the development and execution of content scheduling strategies and programming operations for CNN and CNN Max. Ericka oversees content planning for original series, films, and documentaries and manages day-to-day live & breaking news programming plans and talent schedules for the networks.

Her work at CNN has included launching over 30 non-fiction series and establishing the network as a destination for original content beyond live news. Ericka's planning work has also supported high-profile network events and priorities, including coverage of the 2016 and 2020 U.S. presidential elections. She was responsible for designing the operational programming infrastructure for CNN Max's launch in September 2023. Ericka earned a BA in Film from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York City. Originally from Southern California, she now lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and daughter. Ericka is an undaunted fan of the New York Knicks.
