Caitrin is the Director of Digital Marketing at Amtrak, driving customer acquisition and growth, which includes which includes optimization of marketing campaigns, experimentation, analytics, and marketing technology. With 15 years’ experience in various roles across marketing, customer experience and technology, she has a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape and a passion for leveraging data and technology to enhance the customer experience.
Caitrin graduated from Wake Forest University and received her MBA from Vlerick Business School located in Brussels, BE.
When she is not thinking about how to get more people to take the train, she is busy going to all the activities with her husband and three kids.
