Jeff is the Head of Digital Product at EssenceMediacom, leading digital transformation across agency teams to deliver holistic, best-in-class digital service offerings for clients. Prior to EssenceMediacom, Jeff was the Chief Digital Officer at Assembly, leading the agency’s digital practice while developing technology, data, and audience capabilities. Jeff has over 24 years of strategic media and marketing experience, having led and developed digital practices for major holding companies such as WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, and IPG.

Jeff has won over 25+ industry awards in media, including recognition from Cannes Lions, Effie, Advertising Age, Adweek, Festival of Media, and amongst others. Most notably, Jeff is a previous Gold Cannes Lion winner and recently served as the Effie US Media Finals judge.
