Kia J. Brooks is a multifaceted business owner, talent manager, motivational speaker, and television personality. As the Founder and CEO of TFNA Sports & Entertainment Management, she leads a successful company that represents a diverse range of clients, from top NIL athletes to emerging artists.
In 2022, Kia made headlines by securing a historical multi-year, seven-figure shoe deal for her client, two-way basketball star Flau’Jae Johnson, before Johnson played her first collegiate game at LSU. This NIL deal is regarded as one of the most lucrative in NCAA history for both men and women. Kia has also negotiated significant partnerships for her clients with major brands, including Roc Nation, Puma, JBL, Amazon, Mass Mutual, Tampax, and Experian and more.
A native of Savannah, GA, Kia excels at building relationships with leading media companies such as E! News, NBC, Lifetime, ESPN, and ABC. While much of her work occurs behind the scenes, she is no stranger to the spotlight, having appeared as a TV personality on shows like E Networks *Raising An F****** Star*, *America’s Got Talent*, *Fenom*, and *The Rap Game*.
Kia's journey has been shaped by resilience and strength. After the tragic loss of her longtime partner, rapper Camoflauge, while pregnant with their daughter Flau’Jae, Kia emerged as a determined single mother. Now happily married to her supportive husband, Ameen Brooks, she is a proud mother to five children and two stepchildren.
Through her appearances at conferences, podcasts, interviews, masterclasses, and TED Talks, Kia shares her inspiring story nationwide. She empowers women by equipping them with the tools to achieve success while fostering an environment that encourages prosperity for those around them.
