Sisi has spent the last three years as part of Lemonada’s unique sales team, helping them build a white-glove, personalized, and scalable approach to working with partners and talent. Sisi began her career as a high school English teacher in Baltimore City, and then spent the next decade and a half in nonprofit leadership, facilitation and human-centered design, impact and measurement, project management, sponsorships, and business development work. She has worked both regionally and nationally in the private and public sectors. Sisi has a Master’s in the Art of Teaching from Johns Hopkins University, a bachelor’s in English from Dickinson College; and she is a proud Chinese American immigrant. She is based in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.
