Lauren Nagel is a creative director, composer, and vocalist who specializes in leading teams at the intersection of creative and technology. As Chief Creative Officer of Resound, she is passionate about sonic diversity, universal design, and creating content experiences that help audiences connect to themselves, and to each other, through the extraordinary power of audio.

Lauren previously served as VP/Executive Creative Director at Pandora / SiriusXM, where she co-founded Studio Resonate and led creative teams across advertising, brand, and artist content. She went on to serve as Chief Creative Officer for short-form audio leader SpokenLayer, crafting award-winning content for publishers and brands to amplify their messaging through sound.

As a musician and producer, Lauren has songs featured across tv and film, and performs with electronica duo BronzeBeforeGold and Bay Area improv-band The Freeze. She is also proud to explore and evangelize the healing power of sound as a board member of non-profit Rayna Cares, focused on easing anxiety in healthcare.
