Adrian M. Gaitan is the Head of Social, Content Partnerships, Innovation, and WW Social Governance at Amazon, where he oversees the channel marketing organization responsible for full-funnel media, organic social media, affiliate/influencer/creator marketing, strategic brand & content partnerships, content strategy, and innovation for the North America Retail Stores group. He also oversees global social governance, ensuring best practices across the Amazon enterprise. Since joining Amazon in 2021, Adrian has held multiple leadership roles. Prior to Amazon he oversaw the integrated marketing and media strategy for the rebrand at Abercrombie & Fitch as Global Head of Media & Consumer Experience. A dedicated DEI advocate, Adrian champions inclusivity initiatives within Amazon and his community in Seattle, WA.
