Initiative

Dimitri is the Global CEO of Initiative. He has a background in media and data analytics, with extensive experience in managing creative agencies and a passion for strategy. Before joining Initiative, Dimitri was global CEO of Initiative’s sister agency Reprise. Reprise grew substantially under Dimitri’s leadership by offering end-to-end performance marketing capabilities for the core global brands of Initiative and UM. He also launched Reprise Commerce and grew that practice into a leading global capability with a full suite of ecommerce solutions. Prior to his leadership role at Reprise, Dimitri was the U.S. President of OgilvyOne for several years, as well as the President of global data science company Sentiance. Earlier in his career, he wrote the book on data analytics, “Sexy Little Numbers,” which was published by Crown Business and has been translated into six languages.
