The Elements of Us

Allison Arden is the Founder and Creator of The Elements of Us, a visual framework, language, and toolset, working with individuals and teams to jumpstart well-being, create connection and alignment, and fuel success. An award-winning executive, Allison served as Publisher of Advertising Age for close to a decade, leading through the Global Financial Crisis and seismic change. Earlier this year, Allison received her Masters in Psychology from the Harvard Extension School. Her first book, The Book of Doing: Everyday Activities to Unlock Creativity + Joy, exploring her adventures and reawakening her creativity while juggling motherhood and a high-profile, high-pressure job, is for the kid in all of us. A Brooklyn native, Allison is the Board Chair of Reisenbach Philanthropies, supporting programs to improve the lives of all New Yorkers, and serves as a board member for Materials For the Arts.
