Ramon Soto is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at
Northwell Health, New York's largest healthcare provider, with 21 hospitals, 900 outpatient
facilities and more than 87,000 employees. As a member of Northwell's executive
leadership team, he shapes the enterprise's growth strategy while overseeing all aspects of
brand strategy, marketing, and communications. This includes public relations, digital
engagement, strategic and clinical marketing, customer acquisition, and internal
communications.
Ramon is president of Northwell Studios Inc., a separate entity that aims to produce
documentaries and other content to humanize healthcare and highlight critical issues like
mental health.
