The Courage of Creative Thinking: The Creativity Without Borders Track

Creativity as a concept is boundless —it’s an idea unrestricted by borders, definition or by the very people who embody it. It’s been said before, “creativity knows no limits.” And aside from the limitations that sometimes accompany the process of evolving creativity into a tangible, hardened “something” — say a dress on a catwalk transformed from a single drawing on a notepad — creativity as a standalone is inexhaustible.

Creativity is storytelling, content creation and art. It’s ideation, production and design. It’s a fashion designer, creative director and documentary maker. And thought it comes in many forms, creativity is consistent in its ability to unite us in our perceiving the world in ways we’d never imagined possible. Creativity is the process of bringing something new into being, and it requires passion, courage and commitment from its creators.

During the Creativity Without Borders Track at Advertising Week, attendees will hear from industry leaders driven by their passion for creative thinking as they discuss how, despite different industries and experiences, they’re bound by the same creative cause. Creativity Without Borders offers an intimate glimpse at these talented creative minds from a host of unique worlds – where free-thinking entrepreneurs, fashion designers, writers, documentary makers and more will offer insight to how their creativity has changed the course of their professional life, and life overall.
